A company X engaged in the edutech sector is undergoing a major overhaul of its education platform, including the appearance and structure of the system. Company X is the owner of an education platform that provides various online courses to prepare digital talents in Indonesia by providing courses in the fields of Programming, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, Product Management, and many more. However, company X has experienced a decline in revenue since 1 year ago

🎯 Problem Statement & Goals

Problem Statement (Paint Point User):

• Users feel dissatisfied with the current interface
• The platform is difficult and unintuitive to navigate
• Long loading times disrupt the learning flow
• Lack of motivation due to poor user experience

Goals (How Might We):

• Boosts learning motivation through an engaging experience
• Simplifies the learning process with an intuitive and efficient interface

🧩 Design Process

I started the design process with the Define stage by identifying the user's pain points. In the Ideation stage, I brainstormed potential solutions and organized them using an affinity diagram. I also sketched wireframes using the Crazy 8's method. Finally, I created a high-fidelity design that directly addresses user problems, resulting in a clean, modern interface that makes the learning experience easier and more intuitive.
